Food Basics: Sauté, Roast & Braise

A BRAND NEW opportunity here at the BCAE to learn 3 basic, integral cooking techniques over 3 sessions with one of our most popular instructors, Chef Lars Liebisch! The first session will cover Sautéing & Stir-fry, two similar techniques and two of the most-often utilized cooking methods in the modern kitchen. The second session will be all about roasting, which will be perfect preparation for the holiday season fast-approaching. The third session will cover the technique of braising, which will arm you with the skills to simmer and slow-cook your way through the coming winter months. All three are useful for now, and useful for a lifetime! 
For those of you who don't wish to take all three, each class is also available to take separately - Sauté, Roast, or Braise
