Maximum Protein: Meat Need Not Apply!


This class focuses on the one question everyone will ask a vegan-“where do you get your protein?”. Plant-based foods are surprisingly high in protein, and we’ll compare vegetables and nut based products against their animal protein counterparts. Making sure you get enough protein every day is essential so all of our recipes in this course will focus on incorporating them into your meals. And contrary to popular belief, vegan proteins are also one of the cheapest forms of plant-based nutrition (beans, grains, tempeh), so all of these meals will happily feed your family at a wallet-friendly price!
