Vegetarian Tapas

Vegetable dishes in Spain are inventive and are often eaten as a tapas dish, a course of their own, or perhaps as a supper. Simple ingredients are cleverly paired to show off their qualities to perfection and are typical of Spain's attitude to cooking, and using fresh, local seasonal ingredients. I know you think TAPAS often includes meat...but - as usual in Spanish cuisine - you can make your own arrangements to suit your particular needs!

ome of the following delicious Tapas: Ensaladilla Rusa; Spanish potato salad you wont forget, Artichokes with clams; a very popular vegetable in Spain, Piquillos rellenos; fire roasted red peppers from La Rioja, Champinones al Ajillo ( Ajillo mushrooms);  few Tapas taste more Spanish dripping with olive oil, garlic and dry Spanish sherry or Sauteed champinones in Sherry  with Alioli sauce and so many more...
