Sichuan Banquet: Dynastic Dining from the Land of Dragons


Sichuan Province in China is famous for it's cuisine of bold flavors & pungent spiciness! Come join our own crouching tiger, Diane Manteca, and hidden dragon, Adam Centamore, as they show you how to master this explosive cuisine. Adam will be preparing some beverage accompaniments that will keep those taste buds cool. You'll make Pork & Preserved Turnip Soup, Szechwan Dry Fried Beef, Hunan Hot & Sour Chicken, and  Szechwan-style Bean Curd.
