Sausage Making & Charcuterie Bootcamp


Have you always been fascinated by whole animal butchery and all its possibilities? Chef Rachel Miller is here so you can roll up your sleeves, get grinding, and immerse you into the world of sausage making and charcuterie in this one-time 4-hour intensive class. You'll learn classic sausage making along with some other porky treats (possibilities like patè, terrines, rillettes or fromage de tête), usually only made by restaurant chefs or professional charcutieres. It's sure to be lots of fun and the start of a new obsession for many!
