Cheese & Wine in the Raw


With more food and wine lovers looking towards traditional methods, a lot of talk is centered around raw-milk cheeses and naturally made wines. "What's all the fuss?", you might be asking. "Natural Wine? What have I been drinking!?" Our own curd-nerd and grape-group-y Rory Stamp will be going old-school to serve you handmade cheeses and wines made with minimal technological intervention, paired perfectly to bring out their character and charm. You'll also learn the facts you need to know to navigate this hotly debated area of the culinary world, and be able to search out these unique products for yourself.
