Principles of Pairing: Cheese, Wine, Chocolate & More


Once you know the principles of pairing, you'll be armed with the tools to come up with exciting, delicious and unusual combinations of your own. Adam Centamore, author of Tasting Wine and Cheese: An Insider's Guide to the Principles of Pairing, will be here to teach you such concepts as "fat loves acid" and his famous "chocolate milk or lemonade" analogy (plus many more). To demonstrate, Adam will serve some incredible combinations utilizing such treats as cheese, chocolate, condiments, wine and more! You'll learn so much, though it'll hardly be a chore.
