Cooking Across Asia


Authentic Asian cooking needn't be intimidating anymore! Here at the BCAE, Diane Manteca will be getting you to roll up your sleeves and learn the techniques to produce authentic cuisine covering a number of important traditions and cultures. From China you'll make Peking Capital Sauce Pork Ribbons, from Thailand you'll make Gai Tung (Braised Chicken in Spices), from Vietnam you'll make Hot & Sour Shrimp Soup, and from Malaysia you make Ayam Limau Purut (Chicken with Lime Loaf). Four countries in 3 hours? Not bad for a Wednesday night!
