Greek cuisine evokes thoughts of sun, exotic flavor, and fresh ingredients of the land and sea! Whether you've experienced Greek cusine on the cliffs of Santorini, or never at all, Diane Manteca plans to teach you to create a Greek meal to truly impress. The meal will include (but not limited to) chicken with capers, raisins and feta sauce, and a Spanakopita Pasticcio!
