Holiday Noshing: Jolly Good Food & Wine


What could possibly be better than learning to prepare primo holiday party food and drinks with two of the BCAE's most beloved instructors? Nothing as far as we're concerned! Join party animal, Diane Manteca, and the self-described "Maestro of Mistletoe", Adam Centamore, and learn how the pros celebrate the festive season in the kitchen. You'll to prepare dishes like - Honey Mustard & Proscuitto Palmiers, Goat Cheese Mousse with Homemade Rosemary Crackers, Ginger Hoisin Chicken Wings, Artichoke & Gorgonzola Focacine, and Curried Cocunut Chicken Skewers. Adam will be there to show you how to pair all this with some choice wines, and maybe a cocktail or two as well!
