Whether it’s a veggie-hating child or a reluctant husband, we’ll create healthy, vegan meals that closely resemble their unhealthy, meat and dairy-based versions. Spaghetti and meatballs, mac and cheese, Shepard’s pie…they all can easily be made plant-based and good-for-you, without your kids ever knowing the difference! We’ll learn about how to revamp all your favorite classic replaces and what kitchen staples to keep on hand that will have your family saying “I can’t believe it’s not dairy!".
