Scotch Tasting

You’re a sophisticate. You own many leather bound books and your apartment smells of rich mahogany. The only other thing you have to do to become a veritable Ron Burgundy is to develop a love of Scotch.
Arguably the most distinctive of the fine spirits, scotch is still a classic that is ever increasing in popularity. Join us to learn about the differences between blended, pure, vatted, single, and cask-strength scotches.  We’ll discuss how regions, materials, and processes contribute to flavor and character. In the end, you’ll be able to raise your glass, take a sip and think to yourself, “Mmmm. Now that’s a good Scotch.”
