Live Well, Be Well: A Retreat of Healthful Eating and Yoga (all levels)


Join yoga teacher and cooking expert Carrie Seyer and she'll help you reset and kick butt right before the holidays. All levels welcome!

9:00am-11:00am - Vinyasa Yoga for all levels: Students will start their morning with a challenging workout.

11:00am-1:00pm - Healthful Eating Cooking Class: Learn to make a delicious gluten-free comfort food meal and see how delicious healthy eating can be!

Note: If students are interested in just taking the cooking class they can enroll here.
Please read: Students should bring their own yoga mat to the class.
