The Italian Alps: Italian Provincial Cooking

In this continuing series, Diane Manteca will give you a hands-on cooking class exploring the amazing culinary regions of Italy. The Italian Alps are a fascinating combination of Italian influence from further south, and Germanic/Swiss influences from the north. It is an incredible region to explore, and is a perfect meal to sit down with during the colder months. As always, you'll sit down with the fruits of your labor with a glass of wine or two!
