CourseGraphic The BCAE's own native Spaniard, Luis de Haro, wants you to sit back and join him on a tasting journey through Rioja, Spain. You'll taste dishes, products, and wines, and learn about the food culture, history, and production methods of this wondrous region. No hands-on here, as Luis will do all the work, while you sit back and take it all in.
