CourseGraphic We are thrilled to welcome James Beard award winner, and Food & Wine Magazine's "Best New Chef" Award winner, Chef Tim Cushman, for a one-time exclusive class here at the BCAE. This is an exclusive hands-on class in the art of Japanese home cookery, much like what is featured at his latest smash hit in Fenway, Hojoko. Chef Tim is also internationally recognized for his fine dining Omakase restaurant, Oya, in Boston's leather district & also in New York City. Not to be missed!
