CourseGraphic Most people know the difference between red and white wines. The real question is, what makes a wine bold, spicy, floral, fruity, or buttery? Have you ever tasted a wine and tried to identify the flavors with no luck? Understanding how to taste wine and describe it is no easy feat, but it can help us understand which wines we like and why (it can also make us look like we know what we're doing when we order a glass).
