Do you want to chop and dice like the chefs on TV? Join Chef Lars Liebisch and learn more about the most important tools in your kitchen: knives. Watch demonstrations, learn how to chop and dice vegetables, and practice what you’ve learned on onions. You’ll also learn how to slice chicken and meat while making delicious dishes. You are free to bring a chef’s knife that you already own, but please do not buy any prior to class. Dress appropriately and bring an apron. (Demonstration and participation).
