We'll cover various ways to get all your necessary nutrition in a single day, all while enjoying delicious, plant-based meals. Starting with smoothie bowls, incorporating snacks, soups and salad for lunch, a hearty dinner and finishing with a luxurious dessert, you certainly won't leave this class hungry!
