Another universe of wine exists in this seaside region, from the lean and salty Fino and Manzanilla, to the richer Amontillado, to the sweeter Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez, and this an exclusive opportunity to taste and learn about the perfect pairings of cheese and sherry with wine buyer and cheesemonger for South End Formaggio, Marianne Staniunas.
