Evelyn Schichner

Evelyn has been interested in baking and cooking all of her life. Growing up in a military family she was exposed to many cultures and cuisines. Her love of French cooking began a few years ago. While visiting Paris she attended a cooking school. Once exposed to classic french recipes and techniques there was no turning back and now she returns annually. She has been able to adapt recipes to the American kitchen and is eager to pass on her knowledge here.
