Jacqueline Dole

Jacqueline Dole attended The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. After starting her career in bakeries, she delved into restaurants first at Catalyst in Cambridge. After acting as catering and social media manager at Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, she was introduced to the folks at Mei Mei Street Kitchen and launched their pastry program, earning a nod in the 2014 list of Zagat 30 under 30 nominees. Jacqueline is now the brains and talent behind the Parlor Ice Cream Co.
