Juan Pedrosa

Juan Pedrosa launched his restaurant career in the sixth grade with a job at a Greek pizzeria and hasn’t stopped since. After a stint at the New England Culinary Institute, work as a sous chef at Trade, and a spell spent as product manager for local English muffin maker Stone & Skillet. After standing tall as executive chef of Yvonne’s Pedrosa is now the Corporate Chef for COJE Management, overseeing all of their concepts including Yvonne’s, RUKA, Lolita Back Bay and Fort Point. Juan was a nominee for James Beard’s Rising Star Award of 2017 and winner of Boston Magazine’s 2017 Rising Star of the Year
