Chef Logan Foos, graduate of Northwood University, is currently Chef de Cuisine at L’Espalier, located in Boston, MA. Inspired by agriculture and the year-round cycle of food as well as his interest in why ingredients behave the way they do, Chef Logan worked his way up from Garde Manger to Chef de Cuisine in just 3 years. Being a young chef he knows how much knowledge and experience there is to gain and is looking ahead to the future.
