Loni Zelfon

An enthusiast of food, cooking, and the conversation surrounding it all, Loni Zelfon has spent many hours learning and teaching culinary skills. She graduated Boston University with a degree in Nutrition Sciences and went on to receive a certificate in Culinary Arts. Along the way, Loni has cooked in the kitchen of Sel de la Terre, led classes with Cooking Matters and Community Servings, and most recently trained young chefs at Beaver Country Day Camp.
