Nick Dynan

Nick Dynan is a passionate home cook with a vegetable-driven approach focused around seasonal produce.  He is most excited by exploring the deep culinary histories of Mediterranean, as well as Chinese and Japanese cuisines. He was a founding partner of New York City supper club, Theory Kitchen, that specialized in modern experimental culinary experiences.  He has also worked as a cook for a number of Boston-area restaurants and popups including Ribelle, Tavern Road, Kaki Lima.
