North Square Oyster is pleased to welcome Chef Pierce Boalt Juckett as the restaurant’s new executive chef and new culinary director of All Day Hospitality, which also includes Bodega Canal and Ward 8. Juckett takes over the reins at the seafood-focused North End restaurant with a simple yet sophisticated approach to New England seafood that is reflected in its new menu.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Juckett spent his childhood enjoying New England cuisine, especially seafood, and his adult years honing his culinary appreciation and skillset in some of Boston’s top kitchens. After graduating from New England Culinary Institute, Juckett went on to work as a sushi chef at Uni, chef at Menton, chef de cuisine at Select Oyster Bar, and, most recently, as chef de cuisine at Waypoint.
