Suzi Maitland

Chef Suzi Maitland, Executive Chef, was born and raised in Tallahasee, Florida and grew up a good Southern girl. Since arriving to New England, Suzi has been influencing the culinary scene with her comfort-style cooking in the kitchens of The Metropolitan Club in Chestnut Hill and Todd English’s Olives. As Executive Chef of Trina’s Starlite Lounge, Chef Suzi puts her southern twist on diner-food, from Sweet Cornbread to her award winning Fried-Chicken and Waffles.
