Suzi learned to bake at an early age and has never stopped! Once leaving Bloomingdale’s as Visual Merchandising Assistant, she was Pastry Chef for East Meets West and then moved on to Mamma Maria’s in the North End. She then combined her fashion past with pastry and started her own company: Wedding Angels: a ‘maker’ company which designed and made custom order wedding cakes and wedding dresses! She won First Place in the “Architectural Masters Of Pastry” for her pastillage rendition of Christo’s Wrapped Reichtag. Her cakes have been published in Elegant Bride Magazine, Boston Magazine, Where Magazine and The Boston Globe. She is now Bunker Hill Community College Culinary Instructor in the Pastry Program.
