In this 2-part cooking series, Chef Lars will begin by getting you hands-on preparing a few authentic yet simple dishes, like thinly fried schnitzel and fresh handmade spaetzle. Then, with this basic understanding, Chef Lars will challenge students even more in the second session, teaching more complex German recipes like traditional rouladen (stuffed meat rolls) and semmelknoedel (bread dumplings).
