Luis de Haro is excited to bring you a holiday cooking experience that brings traditions from his home to the BCAE kitchen! In Spanish culture, most families eat their main Christmas meal on Nochebuena (literally “The Good Night”), or what the Spanish call Christmas Eve. Enjoy foods prepared for what is often the biggest feast of the season, and learn some of Luis’ favorite recipes using ingredients authentic to Spanish cuisine. The menu will be full of color (lots of red!) and flavors that are sure to put us in a festive mood!
