In this class, we’ll discuss the benefits of buying locally grown, in-season produce; ways to get the most for your money; and some shopping rules of thumb. Depending on what’s available in the market that day, you’ll taste some unusual fruits and vegetables and learn to cook with these colorful, farm-fresh ingredients!
