Sourdough Starter: Bread, Bagels & Pancakes


Wild about wild fermentation? Maybe just curious? Looking to take your baking to the next level? Learn how to cultivate and care for your own sourdough starter and use natural leavening to produce a variety of glutenous treats! Participants will be able to bring home a mother culture and the skills to produce sourdough bread without commercial yeast, bagels with an extra depth of flavor, and perfect pancakes.
