Wine consultant John Fiola wants to give you a look in the extraordinary world of fortified wines. From the honeyed orchard-fruit of dessert wines from France (Sauternes), to the nutty and chocolate-y wines of Spain and Portugal (Sherry & Port), to the herbaceous and digestion-friendly wines of northern Italy (Chinato), you'll learn all about the fascinating history, production and how to identify and select these wines for yourself.
