She'll take you through the basics of home cheesemaking with a hands-on demonstration of Butter, Chevre, Ricotta, and Mozzarella, plus a discussion (and tasting) of some more advanced styles and techniques. Take home the fruits of your labor and the recipes to replicate these cheeses at home!
