« back to classes page
CourseGraphic In India the summers are hot and humid - much like Bostonians we wait eagerly for Spring and Summer. People in India generally dread the onslaught of heat, however it is compensated by an abundance of mangos, corn, mint, and leafy vegetables. Everywhere on the streets there are baskets filled with shimmering summer fruits. There is an amazing array of summer recipes designed to keep one cool yet satisfy that spice craving associated with Indian food.
